Nice to meet you! My name is Natalie Ng and I’m a globally minded multi-hyphenate native to Hong Kong. I grew up in the world city of Asia with the ambition to become an international journalist. My work has appeared in online and in-print international publications. I write across a range of topics, from lifestyle to politics.

I started my editorial career interning at Asia Wedding Network, Asia's largest online wedding platform at the moment. Prior to the internship, I did newsletter translation (Chinese to English) for HSBC. In my third year of university, I spent two months interning at Hot Press Magazine in Dublin where I learned about the production of a printed magazine. I spent the last semester abroad at Queen's University, Canada where I was a contributor at the campus MUSE Magazine. My award-winning capstone project on Irish music and poetry was published in the Chinese University of Hong Kong English Department's Annual Capstone Journal of 2018.

After I graduated with BA (Hons) in English Literature from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2019, I have been working in the legal field and freelancing as a content writer for Sweet Fashion House

I have career aspirations to work in the media industry, with interests in fashion/lifestyle content, news production and communication strategy. I am open to freelance assignments at the moment. if you would like a copy of my resume, please contact me.
